Bouton of Roland Park Company and by landscape architects George E. Kessler and Frederick Law Olmstead, Jr. Renowned Baltimore architect James Bosley Noel Wyatt, who designed the Baltimore City Courthouse, designed several Roland Park homes. Its architecture is largely from the late 19th century and early 20th centery revival period. The community is on the National Resister of Historic Places.
